Evaluation of the Northern Adult Basic Education Program (NABEP) from 2015-16 to 2019-20 - Management Response Action Plan (MRAP)

Context for this Evaluation and MRAP
NABEP is scheduled to sunset in March, 2022. The purpose of this evaluation was to provide findings and analysis of the Program to inform the Minister's decision-making about the future of the Program and / or the Agency's activities related to adult basic education and / or skills development / labour market readiness. In this context, CanNor partially agrees with the recommendations and will endeavour to reflect them in the design and implementation of a renewed program or initiative, as per Minister's decision.

Recommence the Annual Tri-Territorial Meeting with a clear focus on information sharing of best practices and lessons learned, results monitoring and evaluation, and identification of possible collaborations on curriculum/course delivery. Decisions should be recorded and reported upon.
